Building a Kingdom Culture That Outlives Us
The dream of Global Mercy Missions is not to build a successful ministry, organization, or brand.
The dream is to cultivate a Kingdom culture that carries the heart and presence of Jesus from generation to generation.
Organizations can change. Ministries can grow and decline. Names and platforms can disappear. But a culture rooted in the presence of God can continue through ordinary people who choose to live surrendered lives, love radically, and carry Jesus wherever they go.
Everything we do exists for one purpose:
To develop people who know the heart of the Father, carry His presence, and reveal Jesus to the world.
We believe the greatest measure of success is not how large something becomes, but how deeply people are transformed.
Success is:
-
People encountering the love of God.
-
Disciples becoming disciple-makers.
-
Families being restored.
-
Communities being transformed.
-
Believers discovering their identity and purpose in Christ.
-
The next generation carrying more than the previous generation.
A Culture of Presence
Everything begins with the presence of God.
Before we do ministry, we become people who know Jesus. We believe intimacy with God must come before activity for God.
We pursue holiness without legalism, repentance as a lifestyle, and a love for Jesus that is greater than our love for ministry.
The goal is not simply to do things for God.
The goal is to become people who carry Him wherever we go.
A Culture of Family
We believe discipleship happens through relationship.
The Kingdom is built around tables, conversations, prayer, shared meals, honesty, accountability, and doing life together.
We are not creating crowds; we are cultivating family.
Every person is seen, valued, and invited to grow.
A Culture of Mission
We believe every believer is called to participate in the Great Commission.
Evangelism is not an event—it is a lifestyle.
We want to see believers equipped to share Jesus, pray for the sick, serve people, make disciples, and bring hope into every environment they enter.
From neighborhoods to nations, every person can carry the Gospel.
A Culture of Kingdom Demonstration
Jesus did not only preach about the Kingdom—He demonstrated it.
We believe the Kingdom of God is revealed through love, compassion, healing, freedom, restoration, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our focus is not signs and wonders for attention, but Jesus being revealed and people encountering His love.
A Culture of Multiplication
We are not building dependence on one leader or one ministry.
We are investing in people who can carry the mission forward.
Everyone is discipled. Everyone disciples someone else.
Receive. Apply. Multiply.
The dream is to see mission bases, churches, families, and communities strengthened around the world—not by exporting an organization, but by releasing a culture.
The Invitation
Global Mercy Missions is an invitation to join a movement of people who desire to know Jesus deeply, love people boldly, and make His Kingdom known everywhere they go.
We don’t build crowds. We build culture.
We don’t chase influence. We pursue transformation.
We don’t create followers of a ministry. We raise disciples of Jesus.
