Participant Requirements Trip Dates: September 30 – October 13, 2026
Thank you for your interest in joining our South Africa Mission Trip. Before submitting your application, please carefully review the requirements and expectations below. Participation on this trip requires a commitment to preparation, teamwork, flexibility, and financial responsibility.
Trip Requirements
1. Passport Requirement All participants must possess a valid passport that remains valid throughout the trip.

2. Flight Arrangements Participants will be responsible for securing both their international and domestic flights according to the guidance and deadlines provided by the trip leadership team.

3. Financial Responsibilities Each participant is responsible for covering the costs associated with the trip, including but not limited to:
International & Domestic Flights (You will secure independently)

Accommodations
Team Meals (3 Daily)
Personal Expenses
Food Expenses
Personal Spending Money
Please note that final costs may vary depending on airfare and other travel-related expenses.
